TH-120B Laminating Machine
用途：泡棉、布類、PVC、EVA、上膠貼合。制鞋、制帽、手套、手提包、皮衣、沙發(fā)、汽車坐墊等原料的上膠貼合。
特點：
(1) 整機設計注重強化性能的穩(wěn)定和安全檢制；
(2) 根據(jù)布料和膠水的不同要求，量身定做各種規(guī)格的硬烙上膠輪，有效提高貼合品質(zhì)、減少膠水的損耗；
(3) 硬烙上膠輪采用耐高溫鋼帶，壓布過程進布均勻；
(4) 采用汽缸取代彈簧壓輪，提高機械整體速度；
(5) 該機是在吸取TH-120A立式單膠槽貼合機和同類先進機型的優(yōu)點后再對傳統(tǒng)彈簧壓輪進行改良的成果。

Function: This machine is used for the glue lamination of foam, fabrics, PVC, EVA as well as the materials for making shoes, hats, gloves, handbags, leather garments, sofa, seat cushions of the car and etc.
Usage: Using glue roller to coat glue on one material and laminate with another material, then pass through heater drum for hot curing, and finally laminated materials will be rolled up in coiling block.
Adhesive: Water-based glue or polyurethane adhesive or acrylic resin.
Laminating materials: PU foam to fabric or fabric to fabric or non woven fiberfill to fabric or PVC leather to fabric etc.
Features:
(1) The design of the complete machine emphasizes on the stable performance and secure supervision.
(2) According to the request of the cloth and the glue, a variety of specification chromium rollers are made by measurement, which improved the lamination quality effectively and decreased the glue consumption.
(3) It adopts the steel belt of high temperature resistance on hard chromium roller and the process of pressing cloth proceeds evenly.
(4) Replacing the spring pressing roller with the cylinder which raises the whole speed.
(5) This machine is an achievement of improving the traditional spring pressing roller, on the basic of absorbing the merits of TH-120A vertical glue trough laminating machine and con-generic advanced machines.
