一、風(fēng)機(jī)正常運(yùn)行2-3小時(shí)后，停機(jī)檢查，調(diào)整皮帶。

Stop and Adjust V-belts after blower normally operation 2-3 hours later.

調(diào)整皮帶的步驟 V-belts adjust steps：

1.首先將電機(jī)底座下固定橫擔(dān)的4個(gè)螺栓松開，但不要卸掉。

Loose but don't unload the 4 bolts which are located under motor base frame.

2.將電機(jī)后面的1個(gè)頂絲松開用電機(jī)前面的2個(gè)頂絲將電機(jī)水平往后移，根據(jù)皮帶松緊的程度不同，可將電機(jī)后頂5—25mm不等。

Loose 1 top bolt then move the motor backward with the front 2 top bolts. The motor could move 5-25mm according to belts tightness difference.

3.然后用直尺校正風(fēng)機(jī)輪與電機(jī)輪是否平行，誤差在1mm之內(nèi)正常，最后將頂絲備緊，橫擔(dān)螺絲緊固。

Adjust with straight rule, make sure blower pulley and motor pulley parallel (allowable deviation is within 1mm). At last, tighten top bolts.

4.切記一定要保持每根皮帶松緊度一樣。

Make sure each belt's tightness same with each other.

二、如皮帶松動(dòng)，會(huì)造成以下問題V-belts loose will cause below problems:

1.皮帶與皮帶輪打滑，磨損皮帶，造成皮帶斷裂。
