FM霧化噴槍的霧化效果：

    霧化噴槍是由槍身、槍頭。槍身和槍頭通過一連接機構(gòu)連接；槍頭包含一噴嘴，噴嘴內(nèi)部焊有若干金屬圓鋼。

   目前市場上銷售的噴槍的噴嘴和槍針是由堅固耐磨、耐腐蝕的V4A鋼經(jīng)過精密的機械加工成形的，噴嘴內(nèi)部是一個錐形涂料通道，與槍針的前面尖端部位吻合，能行成一個涂料閥門作用。

　　噴槍怎樣才能噴出更好霧化效果，主要有以下幾點：

　　一、涂料粘度應(yīng)調(diào)在17—20秒（簡易涂4杯）。

　　二、把噴幅旋鈕開到更大。

　　三、把涂料流量調(diào)節(jié)旋鈕擰緊，然后往回轉(zhuǎn)2.5圈。

　　四、把槍尾的壓縮空氣調(diào)節(jié)旋鈕開到很大，調(diào)壓表調(diào)到2—2.5巴。

　　五、噴槍的噴嘴與工件的距離是20厘米。噴槍的噴嘴與工件應(yīng)保持90度角。

　　六、噴槍的運行速度約在每秒移動80厘米左右。

　　七、噴幅重疊為霧噴、平噴1/2，濕噴為2/3。

　　八、涂層（雙組份涂料）的間隔時間，一般為10—15分鐘。因所用的設(shè)施不同，與當時當?shù)氐臍夂蛴挟惗g隔時間不同，以實際情況而定，不可過干或過濕。但可以輕輕地用手指測試一下工件隱蔽的部位或遮蔽紙表面，測試標準為涂料表面只留下指紋而不拉絲即可噴涂下一道涂膜。
