SNCR脫硝噴槍雙流體噴槍的一般應(yīng)用：

噴槍采用快速接頭連接方式，拆卸方便；

采用保護(hù)碳化硅，具有耐高溫，耐磨損等特點(diǎn)，無(wú)需另設(shè)冷卻裝置就可確保噴槍長(zhǎng)期安全運(yùn)行；

噴槍體積小，套管外徑只有36mm,可直接安裝于爐壁上。

噴槍采用保護(hù)套管及活動(dòng)法蘭連接?？墒謩?dòng)將伸進(jìn)或者退出爐內(nèi)；

氨水脫硝噴槍的特點(diǎn)：

1、產(chǎn)生平均粒徑為70微米 “微霧”的二流體扇形噴嘴。

3HVLP環(huán)保省漆噴槍和RP省漆高效噴槍有一個(gè)共同的特點(diǎn)，即霧化氣壓較低，涂料的傳遞效率都高于65％以上，在噴嘴結(jié)構(gòu)上也還有一個(gè)共同的特點(diǎn)，就是都采用了當(dāng)今先進(jìn)的一項(xiàng)設(shè)計(jì)即空氣擾流板設(shè)計(jì)（圖五），這樣就確保了霧化空氣均勻地從風(fēng)帽內(nèi)部噴射出，當(dāng)霧化空氣均衡后，其霧化的涂料也就非常均勻，從而也就保證了涂料顏色的噴涂均勻。
