采購者注意：此款產(chǎn)品有朋友在外面廠家買了一個便宜不銹鋼截止閥，用了3個月后泄漏腐蝕，最后來問雙特怎么辦？我看了腐蝕的程度，發(fā)現(xiàn)原來是廠家由于價格降低，因此在填料里把石墨改成了四氟，油300多度，四氟最多120多度，因此受不了就腐蝕了，最后還是從雙特這里買了不銹鋼截止閥回去換，用了之后再沒有出現(xiàn)問題。

閥蓋墊片形式
◎ Class150~Class300截止閥采用不銹鋼石墨纏繞墊片；Class600截止閥可用不銹鋼石墨纏繞墊片也可采用金屬環(huán)墊片；Class900截止閥可采用金屬環(huán)墊片； Class900閘閥可采用金屬環(huán)墊片 Class1500~Class2500截止閥采用自壓密封金屬環(huán)。

截止閥結(jié)構(gòu)特點
◎栓接閥蓋，明桿支架和升降式閥桿金屬密封面

■閥桿設(shè)計
◎采用整體鍛造工藝制成，按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求確定最小直徑。
■Stem Design
◎The stem is of integral design. The minimum diameter of the stem shall per the standard requirement.
操作形式
◎一般情況下采用手輪、沖擊手輪或者齒輪傳動方式，可根據(jù)用戶需要采用鏈輪傳動或者電裝驅(qū)動。
Actuation
Hand wheel impact hand wheel gear box is usually used for globe valve actuation Chain wheel and electric actuator can be also sedfor globe valve actuation if being by the customers。
閥體和閥蓋連接形式
Class150-class900采用栓接閥蓋； class1500-class2500采用自壓密封式閥蓋。
Body and Bonnet Connection The body and bonnet of class150-class900 check valve are usually with studs and nuts。

填料密封
通常采用成型柔性石墨作為填料材料，可根據(jù)用戶需求提供PTFE或者復(fù)合填料材料。填料與填料函接的表面粗糙度為3.2μm，可以保證閥桿與填料接觸面接合緊密但是旋轉(zhuǎn)自如，經(jīng)過精密的機(jī)械加工的閥桿密封面粗糙度0.8μm可以保證閥桿可靠的密封。
Packing Seal
Molded flexible graphite is used for packing material.PTFE or combined packing material can be also used if being requested by the customer the internal surface of the stuffing box.Of which area is contacted with the packing.Is of excellent finish（Ra3.2μm）the stem surface，contacting with the packing should be rolled and pressed after being precisely machined，so as to reach to the high finish and com-pertness（Ra0.8μm）and ensure the reliable tightness of the stem area.
彈簧加載填料沖擊系統(tǒng)
如果客戶要求，可采用彈簧加載填料沖擊系統(tǒng)提高填料密封的持久性和可靠性。
